We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, receive a faulty item, or have any concerns, please read our returns policy below.
Change of Mind – UK Customers
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@surreyhillsmushrooms.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a clear photo and description of the issue.
In such cases, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund, including return postage costs.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund or replacement.
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers, subject to the same conditions:
