Shipping Policy

At Surrey Hills Mushrooms, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible.

 

Processing Time
Where orders are in stock, they are typically processed within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently ship within the UK via Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and type of product ordered.

Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Perishable Items
For perishable items (such as fresh mushrooms), we use tracked or express delivery to ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.
We cannot take responsibility for spoiled items due to missed deliveries or delays once the parcel is with the courier.

If there are any issues with the condition of perishable items upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@surreyhillsmushrooms.com and include a photo if possible.

If you're local to the Surrey Hills area, contact us to arrange collection or local delivery, where available.

Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please get in touch at hello@surreyhillsmushrooms.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
