3. Prices and Payment

Prices may change at any time, but you will be charged the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times within the UK are typically 2–5 working days from dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Perishable Items

Some of our products are perishable (e.g. fresh mushrooms). These are sent using tracked or express delivery to maintain quality.
You are responsible for receiving the delivery on the expected date.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for perishable items unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

6. Returns and Refunds

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns are not accepted for perishable goods unless faulty.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
